Breathe, Shake & Feel – weird, wild and whole. Der MentalClub, von Clemens Kaiser ins Leben gerufen, verbindet Mentalhealth-Themen wie Breathwork und Shaken mit Techno. Zu unserem Jubiläum bieten wir einen kostenlosen Workshop für unsere Gäste an – first come, first serve.
Maja, die die Session leiten wird, ist Meditations- und Breathworktrainerin sowie Gründerin der Ecstatic Celebration in Stuttgart. Als ehemalige Tänzerin spricht sie die Sprache von Musik und Körper. In ihrer Session treffen bewusster Atem, laute Beats, gemeinsames Shaking und freier Tanz aufeinander – eine Einladung, alles in dir fließen zu lassen: laut, leise, roh, echt.
Hier darfst du: schreien, springen, weinen, lachen, dich schütteln, den Boden küssen, weird sein, still werden, dich feiern – oder einfach mal nichts fühlen. Und dir vielleicht am Ende noch eine dicke Umarmung abholen.
Was dich erwartet: körperliche und emotionale Entladung, Beats, die dich bewegen, Atem, der dich in den Moment zieht, Bewegung jenseits von „richtig oder falsch“, Raum für alles, was du sonst runterschluckst, kleine Stille-Pausen, Verbindung mit dir – und wenn du willst, mit anderen.
Dieser zweistündige Workshop wird vom DJ Fabian Kaa musikalisch begleitet. Nach einer ca. 45-minütigen Mental-Session geht es nahtlos in eine kleine, abgeschlossene Party Unterdeck über. Let’s breathe, shake & feel – together!

Breathe, Shake & Feel - weird, wild and whole. The MentalClub, founded by Clemens Kaiser, combines mental health topics such as breathwork and shaking with techno. For our anniversary, we are offering a free workshop for our guests - first come, first serve.
Maja, who will lead the session, is a meditation and breathwork trainer and founder of the Ecstatic Celebration in Stuttgart. As a former dancer, she speaks the language of music and the body. In her session, conscious breathing, loud beats, collective shaking and free dance come together - an invitation to let everything flow inside you: loud, quiet, raw, real.
Here you can: shout, jump, cry, laugh, shake yourself, kiss the floor, be weird, be quiet, celebrate yourself - or simply feel nothing. And maybe get a big hug at the end.
What awaits you: physical and emotional release, beats that move you, breath that draws you into the moment, movement beyond "right or wrong", space for everything you usually swallow, short silent breaks, connection with yourself - and if you want, with others.
This two-hour workshop is accompanied by music from DJ Fabian Kaa. After a 45-minute mental session, there is a seamless transition to a small, self-contained party on the lower deck. Let's breathe, shake & feel - together!
